Hi guys,

I have a problem with this card and High Sierra. In Sierra it was working with no additional tweaking, but with the betas of HS it does not.
The system boots to the point of when it loads the graphics driver and reboots.
I have the latest clover which successfully injects kexts. I will upload my EFI folder as soon as I come back from work, but I hope that there are people with this card and 7 series motherboard, that have it working in HS.

My specks are in my signature.

EFI attached.

Hi Stefan,

GK104 Kepler GTX 660 High Sierra 10.13 will work with NvidiaGraphicsFixup.kext.
You should delete AppleGraphicsDevicePolicy.kext and install NvidiaGraphicsFixup.kext..

However current High Sierra apple native NVIDIA driver did not work  well  with HiDPI mode. There was glitch problem.

Hi skykeeper,

Do you have the glitches with the final version with your gtx 660 ?

Thanks.

I read at another forum that someone got rid of glitches by enabling iGPU also. So I enabled but the glitches stayed.

Yesterday, I finally grew tired of glitches with my GTX660 and replaced it with a GTX1050ti.

Removed the old card, installed the new one and booted. Everything works (with NV Web drivers of course, already had them installed for GTX660).

I noticed serious problems with HiDPI mode as well, to the point where I define it as unusable. After some time of working the UI gets really laggy, I mean so laggy that even the mouse pointer get stuck on the screen for a tiny moment. Switching back to non-HiDPI makes all problems go away.

I noticed this behavior on my old Kepler GTX 780 as well as on my Pascal GTX 1060.
