iK0X
Hello! I'm trying to install El Capitan on my Lenovo Yoga 300 but I can't even get any bootloader to show up after turning on the computer... I tried Enoch, Chameleon and Clover and neither of them works. My BIOS can't see Enoch USB, but sees Clover. Unfortunately, when I try to boot them I can see nothing... I tried Clover in UEFI only mode, with Legacy mode, but no success. Please help me! My laptop has Intel Celeron N3050 with Intel HD.
Allan
Hello and welcome to InsanelyMac. Celeron graphics are not supported by any version of macOS.
iK0X
OK, thank you, but it doesn't answer my question - why neither of bootloaders works?
Allan
Why you need know which bootloader will work, if your Laptop will not run macOS? You can ask this to Enoch, Chameleon and Clover devs.
giannicarlo80
hi to all, I am Italian ... even if the yoga 300-11 IBR celeron is not compatible with osx, you can 'change the motherboard and mount one that does not have the celeron, but intel n3540 .... in is this case possible? I am willing to change motherboard to do the installation.
PippoX0
Hint: Try with OSX Mavericks. It's older, well documented, and easy to install. Then if you have success , then you can try another OSX like El Capitan. You can Try Clover or Enoch, as you prefer ...
