go to : http://www.charlessoft.com/

 

Donwload and install : DockDisks

then go to Applications : check open in rosetta for pref panel

open yout pref panel and configure DockDisks

once configured you can get back pref panel in x86 :)

Okay... I'm pretty pissed off now. No one told me that if you open the prefs using rosetta, I can actually run some things that I have deleted because I thought it was broke. Damn me! Damn me for not knowing better!

<_< the nearest printer from my computer is at the computer store. So I didn't bother reading the printer section. Will try to reinstall the other apps I deleted and see if it works. Especially my wlan driver. Sorry for the off topic.

Ehhhm.... You can put your disks in the Dock without using a program. All you need to do is drag the disk over to the dock, and drop it between the trash can and the seperator. If you want the disk actually mixed in with the application icons, then maybe you need a program like DockDisks. I'd keep the system cleaner and just put them where I suggested (in between the trash and app icons), but thats just me...
