rain.nguyen
Try this: https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-power-gadget-20 Is that good enough? AlainTox714
Yes looks good, to check after waiting a while just run an heavy task and you will see the power and frequency reaching the max. I do nothing when checking this, but frequency not stable: that doesn't means the computer do nothing! 1 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/309838-right-way-to-check-speedstep/#findComment-2199474 Share on other sites
WaldMeister
Try this: https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-power-gadget-20 Nice one, thank you. Too bad that if your DSDT is not patched correctly, the utility will not report the right values. For speedstep it does, but not for temperature. WaldMeister
rain.nguyen.. You can not install this AppleIntelInfo.kext in S / L / E, or does that only when this kext located on the desktop? Kexts should be installed in S/L/E or L/E (El Capitan), else they will not be loaded. Unless Clover injects them. pinarek
Kexts sollte in S / L / E oder L / E (El Capitan) installiert werden, sonst werden sie nicht geladen werden. Es sei denn, Clover injiziert sie. yes I know this variant well as general .. why I am surprised that it rain.nguyen on desktop sets kext. I have tested it with the version on your desktop, it does not come for many Steps iGPU but CPU. Since I have an Intel i5 3570K (4 Core) with Intel HD4000 are the Steps for iGPU not important. I really wanted to have a finely detailed SpeedStep from 16-38 Steps. There currently appears here: Letzter Login: Mi. 23. Besser noch ist es um die dateien hier an zu haengen, dann kann halt jeder mal ein und anderes pruefen. English: Requested bootloader files.
