i need help in installing Bootloader, sound and Ethernet.

Currently Each time i start my PC, i need to insert my Bootable Installation USB, boot via USB and then select HFS Partition to boot to installed MAC os el captain but i  dont have any sound and ethernet.

Please tell me how can i fix this. I tried installing Clover Legacy, Clover Root and Clover EFI files but no luck.

I also tried installing kext from Mutlibeast 7.5
Previously i was using Mavericks and #####/##### and it was working fine on same machine.
Waiting for response..

It appears that you haven't moved any of your kext's or config.plist over to your install.

Chameleon  uses the Extra folder in the root and Clover use the hidden EFI( you have to mount this)

When you install your boot loader it doesn't move anything over. Also your aware that El Capitan has SIP and this must be disabled for you to add any kext.

Its learning curve, keep at it

can you please guide me how can i do this.

So far i have performed following

1- Installed Clover EFI Packages

2- Opened Clover Configurator and a EFI HD Partion is visible at screen.

3- Saved Clover Configurator file "config.plist" ast desktop and then copied and pasted to EFI/Clover/ directory [replaced/Removed with previously fie].

4- Restarted my PC to test.

On Bootscreen now i can see 3 options

1- Boot from EFI Partiion

2- Boot Mac Os from MacElcapitan (MacElcapitan is my Installation Partition name)

3-  Boot from receovery partition.

If i select #2 then Apple logo black Screen is visible when loader reaches at middle then system restarted.

if I select #1 then it shows Clover Boot screen again after 3- 5 seconds.

Please help.

EFI1.png

The above pic is just as an example and as you can see depending on the version of OS X you have to put the appropriate kext in that folder

You have the kext you need?

Can you list them?

Also if you could install TextWrangler.app (search google) so we can edit your .plist easily.

See if you can find this line or similar in your config.plist

<key>Boot</key>
	<dict>
		<key>Arguments</key>
		<string>npci=0x2000 kext-dev-mode=1 rootless=0</string>
	<dict>

1. Install Clover

2. move the config.plist, kext, driver64UEFI folder with content, and moved your ACPI folder with a patched DSDT and or SSDT

3. config.plist has the edits to boot your system correctly

The following is also needed to boot your El Capitan and allow the kext to load (newer versions of clover will load this my default but not the older ones)

<key>RtVariables</key>
	<dict>
                <key>CsrActiveConfig</key>
                <string>0x67</string>
                <key>BooterConfig</key>
                <string>0x28</string>

Can you attach your config list from your installer

You must also understand that sometime the installer will use a kext that will take the place of a patched DSDT so thats why Im saying to list them,

and you can check out some tools here in the download section at insanelymac. Just a reminder http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/275941-very-important-please-read-about-tonymacx86-and-iatkos-m-y/

Try enabling the AsusAICPUPM kernel patch.

Also, regarding your booting troubles: for my DH55PJ, it is necessary to install Clover with the following option selected: Bootloader/boo0af in MBR (along with the ESP selection).
