purtroppo mi sono arenato al platforms.xml, non riesco a capire per bene la procedura... in particolare, nel file platform.xml trovo:

PathMap
  -> 0
     -> PathMap
        -> 0  (a cosa corrisponde? e i suoi figli a cosa corrispondono?)
        -> 1  (a cosa corrisponde? e i suoi figli a cosa corrispondono?)
        -> 2  (a cosa corrisponde? e i suoi figli a cosa corrispondono?)

a quanto sono riuscito a capire dal file svg, ho:

Ho seguito la guida fino alla fine, inserendo nel DSDT il method DTGP e HDEF, ma non funziona.

Non ho seguito la parte finale relativa al BinPatch, che tra l'altro in altre guide nemmeno è presente, perchè sinceramente non ho capito cosa fare dato che il mio codec non è supportato dal binpatch.

Allego DSDT.aml e AppleHDA.kext modificati.

Sto riscontrando invece un altro problema, quando spengo il pc e lo riaccendo sento alcuni beep e il bios mi avvisa che sono state apportate delle modifiche (tipo un reset) e se voglio ripristinare le ultime impostazioni funzionanti....

Bisogna patchare l'RTC o altro?

Ho risolto il problema relativo al reset CMOS, mentre per l'audio ancora non ho ricevuto risposta.

Sto notando invece una certa lentezza in safari, come se ci fossero problemi alla scheda di rete.

Mi spiego meglio, lasciando le finestre aperte quando spengo il pc, al riavvio le riapre ma non sempre carica i siti internet e devo bloccare il caricamento e riaggiornare la pagina. Spesso quando navigo, le pagine non caricano e devo nuovamente bloccare il caricamento e riaggiornare; succede anche di dover fare questa operazione più volte.

Problema identico con google Chrome.

Tra l'altro, in una delle prove iniziali, tentando di installare Mavericks la scheda di rete non veniva riconosciuta....potrebbe esserci qualche sorta di incompatibilità?

sto facendo le mille prove....ho installato su di un altro hdd Mavericks.

Ho inserito l'ID della scheda di rete all'interno del kext AppleIntel8254XEthernet e la scheda è stata riconosciuta.

Anche la scheda video funziona regolarmente grazie alla exotic patch.

E nuove dal fronte audio (sempre su questa nuova prova con Mavericks), vengono riconosciute le uscite e gli ingressi nel Resoconto di Sistema ma non c'è nulla nelle Preferenze di Sistema.

Ho provato sia patchando il DSDT per abilitare l'audio, sia con HDAEnabler=Yes al boot....

Su mavericks, a differenza di MountainLion, il problema relativo alla scheda di rete, che avevo segnalato pochi post fa, sembra non esserci.

Ps. Mi scuso per questo thread, presente nella sezione SnowLeopard, dove stiamo discutendo di MountainLion e Mavericks. Sarà mia premura, non appena sarà funzionante al 100%, sviluppare un unico Thread (nella sezione adatta) con le spiegazioni per l'installazione ed il corretto funzionamento di Mac su questa speciale piattaforma.

Data la compatibilità con Mavericks possiamo spostarci in quella sezione.

Oltre all'audio, ho visto che nel kernel log ci sono alcuni problemini....ma al momento mi preme di più l'audio. Come mai riconosce le uscite e poi non abilità nulla?

con mavericks sto avendo ancora problemi con l'RTC.

Avevo eliminato dal DSDT la voce IRQNoFlags () {8} relativa all'RTC e con MountainLion funzionava, ora invece quando il pc parte mi dice che c'è stato un problema durante il POST probabilmente dovuto a modifiche al bios, e mi dice di entrare nel bios premendo Y o di riavviare con le vecchie impostazioni premendo N

devo fixare qualcos'altro per sistemare?

Su Mountain Lion avevo risolto eliminando dal settore RTC del DSDT la voce IRQNoFlags () {8}

Ora, invece, su Mavericks il problema è ritornato.

Quindi ripristino la voce nel DSDT ed eseguo il fix sull'AppleRTC.kext?

i saw you have installed os x on this board D5400XS (i have2xintel Xeon X5482),i want to install any os x greater that 10.6, i have basic knowledge of hackintoshing (i installed on a asus p5q witch was verry easy), i saw u use a dsdt, maybe you can make a short list with to do things also a pack of kexts and files that i need. how did you did your boot

Per l'audio ancora nulla, nel forum internazionale non rispondono e nemmeno in quello italiano, ho fatto qualche prova per quanto ne so ma non riesco ad attivare la scheda....in ultima analisi dovrò utilizzare il kext VoodooHDA, anche se mi scoccia per via dei rumori di fondo che provoca (nella prima prova che feci con SnowLeopard installai voodoohda ed era un casino il rumore!).

Quali sono i prossimi fix?
