No, I check all binary files (inside xxxxx.kext/Contents/MacOS folder). And almost everything is different. Only HAL kexts are the same.

All files extracted form installer and checked via OS X md5 command.

Do your tests again... properly.

And I don't have any random freezes (GT440).

I check the info correctly, I download the retail drivers again and this time the kexts are marked correctly as version 304.00.05f02 and the md5 correspond to the info in your post. I think I downloaded the Drivers too early :wallbash:

Well I install the new kext on my 10.8.2 install but the random Freeze issue with Channel Timeout/ Channel Exception remain :( . So I went back to the ML DP3 kext and frameworks and all is ok again no random Freeze and Resolution/sleep/wake works too. I suppose I´ll stay with this drivers until 10.8.3.

Good Luck

Can you run Unique Heaven Benchmark in windowed mode ( not fullscreen) without some freeze?

My 9600 GT fails after a few seconds in windowed mode with known OpenGL channel errors in the Nvidia driver.

Up to 10.8.0 i had no probs running that great bench in windowed mode. Fullscreen works with no problem.

To mitch_de....

Actually, indeed, answer is no. Windowed mode "blinking" , not crash and I can quit program with mouse.

Damn. Everything seems to be perfect. I have not find any anomalies with any other programs.

Tuure

Unique Heaven will get updated in the next 4-6 weeks. Perhaps that will help avaiod probs on some gpus. For me windowed mode and fullscreen+nonnative(smaller) mode freeze/flickers/stalls.

MY other App which freezes/stalls is RAGE.
