Wow, nice work. This will it make easier to patch.

 

It would be nice if you could also add DSDT patching (generate so it can be edit on a DSDT file, not generating a patched DSDT). Some feature requests: backlight (DSDT), GFX (IGPU/VID) DSDT.

Hi, Giofrida, thank you for your patcher. I followed the guide "1st generation Intel HDGraphics" but it does'nt work. I extract intel_reg_dumper from linux, yout patcher works fine, all right, but i install the kexts, repair permissions, reboot and it failed. Could depend on the bootloader chameleon that is not installedin the partition with the OS, but is on a pendrive? I think no, cause if chameleon has the right setting should works...

Works with 10.8.5?

 

Update: Yes! Works in 10.8.5.

Doesn't work on MavGM, tried several times without luck. Work with the DP8 AppleIntelHDGraphicsFB.kext, but very unstable.

yay, VGA out work on 10.8.5 without DSDT patch, but the screen flickering when the VGA port plugged in, but thank you yayayayayayaayyyy.... 

Thank you. Worked in 10.9.3 (manual patch + X1 + LVDS + Normal mode). Cheers.

 

Edited: Also, patching the ports LVDS + VGA (needs DSDT injection) works great.

Hi, does this works with 10.6.3? Can't change resolution, just have 1024x768 and mi laptop is Dell 9400 1400x900, I use SL cause can open old apps with Rosetta, Thanks

This patch is only for Arrandale processors (1st Gen Intel HD)

Will this works with Desktop ? i have an i3-550m with 1st intel HD ?

Ciao Giofrida, complimenti per il lavoro svolto e il tool molto utile. 

Avrei un piccolo problema, nel mio pc(Hp 630) non riesco ad abilitare totalmente l'accelerazione QE/CI nonostante il mio laptop (secondo la guida sull'Intel Hd graphics first generation) risulti supportata, ho provato a patchare tutte le soluzioni possibili, ma niente il sistema riconosce la mia scheda grafica ma non ho la totale accelerazione (il dvd player non si avvia, su YouTube posso al massimo guardare in 360p altrimenti lagga pesantemente) 

non è ché potresti darmi una mano? magari sbaglio io o ci vogliono dei settaggi particolari?
