I was just wondering, if you can patch the Intel driver from Linux Kernel (2.6.35+), won't we have a working driver? I read the whole topic and I saw few people discussing about this, but don't know if any work was carried out.. I'm still interested though..

Is there any way we can bad rep assholes who post bogus solutions? That way peeps would be less inclined to punk poor fools like us who are looking for genuine solutions.

I'm for banning them and removing their posts, however this view is not always shared by the whole staff.

I am using OS Lion on a Compaq 610 too and have an Intel Wifi 5100 AGN (8086:4237).

So i guess this card will never work on Lion, right?
