For me the link works verry well.
Sorry, thanks first for this quite large and verry customizable Update. Im running 10.5.2 (Kalyways combo update, updated from the 10.5.1 Kalyway DVD) on an old Dell Latitude d600, Pentium M 1,4GHz SSE2 only, ATI Mobility Radeon 9000 32 MB,1GB Ram, Broadcom Lan, and Wlan via Ralink USB. I´m currently using the 9.2.0 ToH SpeedStep Kernel. My Question : is this update SSE 2 Compatible? Maybe a silly question but i took days to get everything working on this old laptop and i dont have enough space to make another Partition just for tesing. AAAAAND my girlfriend is writing her Bachelor-work on this thing....she´ll cut (or possibly bite) off my balls if i got it broke. I would be really happy for any idea of testing this without the risk of getting everything lost.... (if it ´ll work with sse2) |

Can you tell me if this update will allow me to update a system with JAS 10.4.8 to 10.5.3? this is leopard update mate... not operating system disk.... think of it like, you download Service Pack 1 for vista, will it update XP to Vista? @macmichi, update installs the same kernel as you have, so if it worked b4, it should work still... I added 9.2.0 ToH sleep kernel by default into update package, so no vanilla installed unless you choose it from the kernel title... I m guessing it should work, but sometimes things can be funny... to find out, test it... |

just a small fix: anyone with ich controller, i made a mistake, i left one script from v1.0 while fixing others...
so after updating to 10.5.3 before you restart, go to root, and find backupahci folder, inside the folder, you will see appleahciport.kext, right click copy or windows key+c, and go to /system/library/extensions/ and paste it (windows key + v) there, after that use disk utility and fix permissions... it should be good to go... i will fix this now and update the package again... until then use the fix i explained... sorry for inconvenience... |

Hi there, I'm not links are allowed to be posted, so I am wondering what is the name of the package so I can hunt for it? Or should I hold off a little? Not sure about the different time zones, re when your 'until the fix' post was posted. Sounds great, anyway, great to see a Speedstep option, thanks for the work and I look forward to trying it on my iATKOSv2.0i install when sign posted.

it currently work fine, it is only one file that is needed to be replaced, but you can of course wait for the fix, new update package trumpet button will take about 3-3.5 hrs to be refreshed... I will post and update when everything is fixed... so no extra step will be needed... thanx for patience...
it works fine for nforce chipsets... so nforce chipset owners do not need to wait... |

the trumpet button you mean? it will be ready in ~2 hrs... it was ready, but removed the previous trumpet due to ahci issue which when i made final fixes, forgot to remove some scripts, that was deleting the fixes...
