Apple seeded the first OS X El Capitan Golden Master version

after its keynote this morning, Apple seeded the first Golden Master version of OS X El Capitan for all registered Mac developers.

 

Apple also could share a first public version as it has been for OS X Yosemite.

If i'm not wrong, if we compare the GM version with Final version, we just have a little changes right?

Not possible to do the comparison at this time.  Final version is not released.

 

As the target release date becomes closer, software development teams tend to lean towards bug postponement, less towards bug fixing.
