Hello!

I've got some questions about the asus eeePC!!!

1. Can you run VMWare, and/or Leopard 10.5.2 on an ASUS eeePC?

I'm planning on buying one, as they are very cheap...

2 Is it possible to multi-boot on an eeePC with: one "GOOD" linux distro, Leopard 10.5.2, and perhaps (not a high priority) Windows XP as well.

What do you think?

Is it possible?

Has it been done before?

Does it work well?

Please reply with comments/answers!

Thanks in advance,

Panarchy

PS: I currently own a 16GB SanDisk U3 Contour

You can get them, I dont know about all of them on the same card. If you didnt buy it yet, get the dell vostro 1000 its really nice and its the same price as the eeepc, it has a 15.4 inch 1280 x 800 screen 1 gb of ram 120 gb hdd 1.73 ghz stock.

Yes, but how much does the Dell weigh and how large is it?

Everyone seems to forget that these ultra-ultra portables are for people who want a super small portable computer.

Second person that's suggested this. I might get it (still need to save up)

Wow. Pure fantasy B)

Want to have a triple boot system (linux+xp+leo) on a 8G harddisk. Keep dreaming

I did mention a 16GB USB flash drive.

Hello, I have an Asus EEE G4 and a 4 GO SDHC card. I would also like to install os X on it. I thnk the best way of doing it would be to put the OS X on the SSD and the Linux on the SHDC , but here is my question: How can I install os X on a 4 Go ssd? I tired to install it on a 6Go Harddrive the oder day and it wouldn't work. My DVD is patched wth the Brazil Patch.

If you have the instructions, I'll test for you.

In here they don't talk about the space that leopard requires to install.

^Woh.... I'm waiting for that one!

(It'll probably take longer for me since I'm from Australia)

EDIT: Did you say 1024 inch screen? Woh... hahahaha... if you're serious... I mean my screen is pretty big at the moment, though it's only a 22 inch screen ;):P

hey newbmac, you should check out the ECS G10il subnotebook instead which is about the same size as the eeepc/same price but it runs a very osx friendly 945 chipset.

it should be out later on this month.
