ive been reading around, and when downloading the file, i also upload it to let other people download. that sucks, so im not going to do this because of that.

Interesting... To download it, someone has to upload to you - it's called p2p (Peer to Peer). Give and ye shall receive... You can't just take, take, take - it's unfair.

...

so there isnt a normal download site?

Nope... ;) That would be illegal... (Well, it would be "more" illegal, anyways :censored2:). The brilliance of BitTorrent is the fact that you download off each other - thus there is no need for webspace (except for the .torrent itself lol), which is why it's so popular - however, you don't seem to like the concept.

well dats BS

Now that I find is very ignorant...

You expect people to upload to you, but you think you don't have to upload to others? ;) It defeats the object of what BitTorrent was designed for!!

easier for apple to find out i have it?

Actually, becuase you download from other people PC's, it's harder. And uploading doesn't really make a difference...

i dont want apple to track me down...

Errm, then don't download it? The way I see it, there's a bigger chance Apple will "track you down" if you download the file off a Webserver. Which is also another reason why BitTorrent it useful and popular...

harder to find me o_O. i didnt know that...

Well, that's how I figure it... If you're downloading off a webserver, they have connection info the owner's can access. However, downloading off another computer which is uploading to you... I don't see how they could find out.

Anyway - back on topic. Make a decision - download it or not. End of...

Right on SABR!

Hmmm - a fine example of the leech mentality at work here. I want what I want, when I want it - and screw you... How bogus!

teh 10.4.3 F1000 or something like that...dont really know the name. just know its 10.4.3

10.4.3 8f1111a

Are you planning on having XP and OS x86 then? I'm not sure how big a partion needs to be so that you're able to install 10.4.3. Try it with 3 GB, it'll probably work. Seeming as 10.4.4 only needs 2.4 GB...

It depends on your internet speed... all the uploaders upload speed and the Seeder(uploaders) to Leachers(Downloaders) ratio... Just let it go...

P.S. If you have dialup find someone who is not the brightest knife in the cup... and have them download it.
