Darrious
Wow, it's been a while. This probably is a late reply for you and I doubt it will help, but I'm honestly not sure. I am now running Windows (hopes lightning doesn't strike) and I'm going to switch back VERY soon. I'd try things like cpus=1, -x, -v, -vanilla. That's what I can list off of the top of my head right now. Sorry I can't be of more help. -Darrious Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/91655-leopard-wont-work-on-pentium-4/page/3/#findComment-872125 Share on other sites
Darrious
Okay... I'm re-posting because of problems I've been getting recently. Just a month or two ago I installed Leopard Kalyway 10.5.2. It worked "fair". My internet would go out every once in a while, and it would randomly freeze up. Now my internet doesn't work at ALL, and I tried to replace some kexts... which resulted in disaster... My computer boots up with a Kernel panic, and in the background it says stuff like "Unable to find driver... kernel panic... etc." Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/91655-leopard-wont-work-on-pentium-4/page/3/#findComment-943634 Share on other sites

Darrious
Did you try burning the disk on a slow speed? I've hear that this might help. Or is this after you've installed? If so then try -x, -v, -s, -legacy... see if you can even get into your system, or if you get the "Still Waiting for Root Device" error.
