A Nonny Moose Posted February 12, 2008 Share Posted February 12, 2008 I'm starting to get sick of these. Someone claims they have invented iTunes Allowance and Apple is infringing on their patent. The case itself was filed on February 6 in the Illinois Southern District Court. Currently, Apple is not commenting on yet another "I invented _____" case. Also, iPod Observer comments are saying this patent is a parent/child spending patent and has nothing to do with the iTunes Allowance.
