pylonman
Hey all, first time poster on this forum. I'm probably one of few n00bies that will have questions about installing stuff for Windoze. Been using Macs for the last 13 years working in the print design industry. (First mac was running OS 7.0, 8 megs of ram cost $300.00!) So, I don't know about others, but I'm sure excited about picking out parts for my build. So many choices. The internet is awesome for choosing what hardware you want. Lots of reviews and testing. Can anyone relate? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/86467-i-feel-like-a-kid-in-the-candy-store/ Share on other sites
apowerr
So, I don't know about others, but I'm sure excited about picking out parts for my build. So many choices. The internet is awesome for choosing what hardware you want. Lots of reviews and testing. You're building a hackintosh I take it? Either way I can relate. It's fun to look on newegg and find the perfect setup at the perfect cost. For me the best part is once you've assembled your computer and you turn it on (for use, after you're done dicking with the bios) and the fans whir for the first time, it's such a pleasant sound. dopeyo
I'm always amazed when i turn it on and magic smoke doesn't pour out the back. Seeing it boot up w/ the apple logo just amazes me. Every time. And i've been on Macs since the 128 days.
