There are a couple of dead giveaways, such as the way the screen sits (the recessed hinge on a PowerBook or iBook does this), and the general look of the machine, especially near the keyboard. FWIW, this isn't all that uncommon, since many of the computers in the "royalty-free" image archives that advertisers use are Macs (probably because Macs are more prevalent in the graphics-arts community). Most obviously, as already pointed out is the recessed hinges, but also the distinctive speaker grill either side of the keyboard, the width of the grill and the way it lines up with the keyboard shows it is none other than Apples now somewhat outdated 15" G4 Aluminium Powerbook... One of the most funny ads for Intel Centrino is that: the Centrino notebook in the ads use iSight...hahhhahah and run iChatAV. We can see Apple in many films and ads.
