xtraa
Hi, I just recieved a PN yesterday, from a member of the Azureus mac team. The current azureus team does not possess intel macs and have not tried installing os x on pc's either... If you or your friends would like to cooperate with me and the azureus team, please send me a PM or stop by either the irc channel irc.freenode.net #azureus-macosx or the main channel #azureus So they would very much appreciate it, if you could help them out with testing, and also with telling them, what has been changed in the current x86 releases, that can be found on the x86project forum. the good news is I am sure they like to offer a official beta for those who need it. labarks
I had asked about Azureus being a unversal binary on IRC the other day. I found an unoffical version in this topic: http://forum.osx86project.org/index.php?showtopic=4814 http://rapidshare.de/files/8088876/Azureus...atched.rar.html I tested it and it seems to work well. domino
Dear Azureus Mac Team, I have always been a strong supporter for Open Source Software. I don't mind testing and giving feedback on your project. However, it would make me feel a lot better if you made an official request in the beta forum instead of through PMs. I think we all need to be more responsible in testing any software if we can not confirm that they are actually the respected developers. This statement wasn't intended to insult or disrepect anyone or any groups. My parent taught me never to trust strangers . errandwolfe
I would be happy to help, but don't use IRC. If someone on the Azareus team wants to contact me, that would be fine. charnobo
to correct a little first, I am a member of the Azureus mac beta-tester team, but I have relayed all info on this today to a active azureus developer, Gouss, and I hope he wants to start a topic in the beta section. charnobo
It seems interest from az devs is rather low at the moment, but I see that you manage somehow good on your own, so good luck.
