It seems better looking and slightly better value. I also love that it uses a mobile Core 2 Duo and is therefore whisper quiet (and super-fast). A new iMac is cheaper, has got a better video card, and it doesn't NEED the extra horsepower since it has the coveted Leopard operating system. And, if sucky OS'es are your thing, you can even install Windows on the iMac. sarahbau Posted November 17, 2007 Share Posted November 17, 2007 As others have said, the iMac is cheaper...so much for Macs being overpriced. I don't see why the Dells are so expensive. The iMac should cost more since it's using a mobile CPU. I guess the Dell has the TV tuner, but those are pretty cheap these days.
