hi guys! just made my first leopard toh install on my AMD machine and ive used some kexts from previous osx installations but my only prob is that i cannot get my dvi port working properly. I didnt test it with an adaptor cause i aint got any at the mo. Anyways, has anyone managed to get his 7600 gs up and running by using just his dvi port without any adaptor etc? I was also wondering if there's any natit arround here but i aint looking for the dual screen support just in case it will help my dvi port to work properly. I also couldnt figure out how to work on my marvel ethernet adaptor.. apart from that everything went roses :) Any suggestions? :P

Hi  I've got a 7600gs that worked fine on 10.4.x using the driver set from 10.4.8,

including Q/I. But when I installed them on Leopard (kalyway) there was no Q/I working. I finally found some replacement files through this link:

http://forum.osx86scene.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=2297

I just copied the ones that correspond to the 10.4.8 set I use ... (titan not natit) rebooted and it was working again!

I used NVINJECT v41

then I change the NVCAp values

for this one

040100010e00 01 00 0e 0000000000010b01000000

You have to go into NvinjectGo,kext.

and in the info.plist

with a proper plist editor, here a link of a good one:

http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/14363/plistedit-pro

change the nvcap for this.

other nvcap that you can try:

040100010e00 01 00 0e 0000000000010b01000000 for internal + DVI or VGA or TV

040100010e000100020000000000010b01000000 for internal + VGA

040100010e000100040000000000010b01000000 for internal + DVI

040100010e000100080000000000010b01000000 for internal + TV

these nvcap by the people of nvinject.free.fr

for anyone who looks for 7600 go
