gwprod12 Posted September 20, 2007 Share Posted September 20, 2007 So, this is somewhat off-topic, but I was watching The O'reilly Factor today (for about 5 minutes, I know, I'm sorry!) and he was talking to this anti-polygamist group spokesman about the Warren Jeffs case (if you're not familiar, don't worry, it's not super important to my point). Anyway, Bill-o asked this woman "Why do people believe in this ridiculous cult? Why don't they just leave?" Does he listen to himself? Assuming that people who subscribe to the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints are mentally defective? Are Catholocism, Islam, Buddhism or even plain old LDS inherently superior belief structures to FLDS? If so, why? Anyway, just thought I'd share my point of view, as I haven't subjected it apon anyone for a while.
