Dickinstein
Hi All I have installed 10.4.8 on my dell c840 , which works great (minus the display support for the Nvidia Geforce Go 4 440) . I have xp installed as well on a partition , i have a few old games installed on this (max payne 2 , unreal 2 , the sims 2) which all work fine . But i wouldn't mind a few games to play on my osx partion that are cool but don't require a 3d graphics card support , any suggestions would be good then i can bittorrent them . Thanks guys , all suggestions welcome Andy Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/56666-games/ Share on other sites
Guest Ramm
You aren't going to get any good games that don't need 3D QE/CI support... Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/56666-games/#findComment-404961 Share on other sites

sarahbau
Chess Actually the chess game that comes with OS X uses OpenGL. lol. I don't remember if QE/CI are required to run it though. Lactobacillus P
The astraware/popcap games like: Alchemy deluxe Bejeweled deluxe Bejeweled deluxe 2 Big Money deluxe Bookworm deluxe Mummy Maze deluxe Seven Seas deluxe Zuma deluxe Will function pretty much ok on most macs. Without hardware acceleration it is also possible to play them on non supported hacks. Then there's the emulators that are out there that provide a good retrogaming experience.
