Wish me lukc.I keep trying to run it and the application exits right away, let me look at my log filesIt seems that cider has difficulty running small windows applications I was able to run some games fine but I can't get a small application like steam working
bwhsh8r
dude, just use one of the offline steam clients with your .gcfs =] its better, and you wont have to login etc.

d10sfan
Probably the best way is to get crossover for mac. Its $50 (or $40 not sure which) but its worth it. Im able to play CS:S, DOD:S and plenty other steam games perfectly through it. If you need help getting it setup let me know.
Excite
CROSSOVER IS NOT worth it 99,9% of the windows apps do not run and you have to force crossover to run it by 'installing' it. Best solution -> Darwine <- works with most apps, and it is basically the same as crossover but than better (and Free)
Volcacius
I think that crossover has made some progress meanwhile (two years old topic )
