Big Kahuna Posted December 7, 2005 Share Posted December 7, 2005 The family was on the Today show recently talking about the video, said he uses some computer program to control the lights, and an FM Transmitter to send out the radio signal so passerby's can see the lights.. only runs them from 6-10 at night.. and it adds $150 to his December utility bill...
