Oracle67
Be sure that your hardware is compatabile. Be sure that your memory stick is bootable. Give it a try. It is funny the "Tiger" in your pocket...

Oracle67
Now with a 8 Giga memory stick installation is full and complete. Give some space (more than 4 Gig) from your iPod, yes is safe. Remember that this installation it works on the same or very simular motherboard pcs only.

bluedragon1971
Is it possible to install it on 1gb usb stick disk anf if yes how? I really doubt that an OS X installation can be stripped down that far. 2GB maybe, but not 1GB.
BJMoose
I just installed on my first USB stick last week for my Bad Axe 2 system. I first tried it on a 2gb stick and even the most basic uphuck version wouldn't fit. I went out and bought an 8gb stick from eBay and installed the full blown version. As Oracle says, make sure your stick is bootable. Not all stick drives are created equal. And yes, it does take a while to boot up, but when running, it is at acceptable speeds. It won't rival a SATA internal disk though. I loaded CopyCatX on mine so whenever I want to backup or recover an entire system partition, I just boot up my stick drive, run CopyCatX, and in less than 17 minutes, my 130gb system disk (actually 73gb of data including WindowsXP in Parallels) is restored. A nifty little tool.
Oracle67
Minimum requirement is 4Gb Usb Disk. Remember to make a minimal possible installation. It can Boot in nearly any system or better; any similar system like the system of installation. It is easy and it can solve lot of problems
