Rufus T. Firefly
Went to install tubgirls OSX86 AMD FINAL and it went without a hitch. Upon reboot system just hung. Rebooted 5x or so still nothing. Disconnected the power from the OSX hard drive; booted right into windows just fine. No system hangs. Tried UBCD but was a no go with repairing the disk. system info: http://www.biostar.com.tw/products/mainboa...Force%206100-M9 Now I did have JaS 10.4.8 Intel/AMD with SSE2/SSE3 Installed just fine and worked. Any suggestions to repar this drive?
xLitsx
I had a similar problem on many of my OSX x86 installations. You need to make sure that when you go to disk utility to format the hard drives, it sometimes wants to make a parition of like 10% of your space for free space. So when u install and restart, you are trying to boot off that free space. I would recommend just formating the entire disk select the most top one, go to paritions and make the partition to be 1 huge one, delete the free space. If u need more help I can find pictures just PM me.
Rufus T. Firefly
I can't fix the drive with Disk Utility. It won't recognize it.
