I was watching Patrick Norton's show from DL.TV and he was talking about these new hard drives coming out. The hard drives use 128mb or 256mb of flash memory to reduce hard drive spin so increasing battery life and boot up times. I thought how cool and I'm buying my MBP soon and was going to buy a better hard drive for it. It does not look like I will be using one of these drives thanks to Microcrap :thumbsup_anim:

Microsoft developed the hybrid drive technology and has provided royalty-free licences to manufacturers on the condition that it is applied exclusively in Windows systems.

Only 256 mb? I would think they would be going for at least 1 gb, up to around 4 gb. I wonder how long MS will be able to keep that market to themselves, either someone is going to come up with an alternative, someone will be willing to pay the extra money, or they will be taken to court
