X-bench is a joke, and has always been one. You could equally well use the laptop's weight as a measure for all the good that it does. For example on my hacky it will rate a 950 higher the a 7600. On my old G4 it'd rate a 4mx higher then a 9800... Honestly chicken guts are more accurate than that bit of malware.

Use geekbench to rate the processor and openmark to rate the graphics performance. Then, you will see the true performance....

I also discovered that the result in Xbench does not mean anything. Went and test all the mac's at my apple store to compare to my 2 hackies - according to the result, my Dell E1705 with Intel 2.0 GHZ due core integrated videocard 945 on the motherboard, running one core beats the pants off the MacBook Pro 2.33 with a dedicated 256MB video card - how can that be. Another things is that it rates my one computer almost at half the speed than the other one, but yet this computer (Xbench rateing 88) has double the amount of RAM, better processor and crunch mpeg-4 twice as fast than the comptuter that have xbench rating of 156.
