i have never seen nor heard of a dual socket 775 motherboard i think the mac pro is socket 775......i guess just matching what the mac pro has got will have to do

or you could get a mac pro and chuck in a couple of quad core xeons in it but will cost $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Nope, you won't find one either. Understand that no socket 775 chipset has a north bridge sophisticated enough to allow the communications between 2 procs. In addition, I am assuming intel had to use FBDIMMS in their Xeons due to the lack of built in memory controller such as their AMDs counterparts. Xeons are the next best bet, however very expensive. It is cheaper to get a MacPro than build your own Dual Core CPU intel at this time. However, there is always AMD :)
