Update, it doesn't work ... at least it starts but they need the right data not migration for the services

Are we talking about iMessage here? Did you manage to install Tahoe? I'm not sure I understand what you mean. What isn't working right now?

Sharing this in case it helps others who are still looking for a macOS Tahoe Wi-Fi solution...

I'm continuing to use itlwm 2.3.0/Heliport 1.5.0 in macOS Sequoia 15.7.7 and Tahoe 26.5 for Wi-Fi with my Intel AX201.  Intel Bluetooth works perfectly in Sequoia and Tahoe with IntelBluetoothFirmware.kext 2.5.0, IntelBTPatcher.kext 2.5.0 and BluetoolFixup.kext 2.7.2.   I don't need Airdrop or AirPlay and Screen Mirroring to Apple TV works for desktop and most video streaming that I've tested.  Some live TV content does not work with Screen Mirroring, but I haven't spent time debugging.

My priority for Wi-Fi is hardware that works reliably in macOS (Sequoia and Tahoe), Windows 11 and Linux (Ubuntu) for my triple-boot laptop.  And I want basic Wi-Fi connectivity in macOS without root patches (to ensure an unbroken APFS seal and to allow SIP to be enabled to the extent possible).

If you need Airdrop and/or other operations that require "native" macOS Wi-Fi frameworks (those restored with OCLP-like root patches), then itlwm/Heliport is not an option for you.  If you need basic Wi-Fi connectivity, you want to use your existing Intel Wi-Fi card and you need to multi-boot macOS, Windows and Linux, then itlwm/Heliport might be something to try.

I am posting this message here on the chance that it is related to macOS Tahoe and not something else.

I have two computers running macOS -- both are 8th Gen. Intel i7 processor machines and both have the same Broadcom 4350 wifi chip.  One is set up as a MacBook Pro. The other is set up as a MacMini.  The laptop is running Tahoe and the mini is running Sequoia.  On the laptop, I have an Air Drop issue. The laptop can send files to my iPhone 15 but my iPhone cannot see my laptop.  Air Drop works perfectly in both directions on my mini.

I'm thinking that there is something in my network settings that is causing the problem, particularly some plist that contains my network settings.  I am tempted to delete the plist, reboot, and let the plist recreate itself.  However, I have years' worth of wifi passwords from various locations that I frequent now and again and I would hate to lose all of those passwords.

Is there something I can do to save my settings but get Air Drop to work when sending photos from my phone to my laptop?  It's a real drag not being able to do that.

@mnfesq I don't use Airdrop, so I can't help with that, but I do regularly use USB to transfer photos/movies from my iPhone to my hacks.  I know this doesn't help you to solve Airdrop, but maybe it's something you can use until you figure it out.

  • Connect iPhone to hack via USB
  • Trust the connection
  • Open Photos app in macOS
  • Click on your iPhone under Devices in the left SideBar
  • Select and Import photos / videos

I have iPhone12 and Hackintosh with the same appleid. Application Photo contains same photos every minute synchronised. I don’t need Airdrop, USB connector, my Hack has no WiFi. But photos and other iCloud entities are always synchronised.

Do I tell clearly?

See -> “11.) General Troubleshooting Notes for OCLP on macOS Tahoe (26.x)” and apply point 11.5.)

Wow, congrats @MaLd0n, and thanks for sharing! This thing really makes a CPU run hot! :w00t:

No GPU temperatures are displayed though. 🙄

Mac-Info unfortunately does not recognise AppeHDA with the ALC S1220A on my ASUS X299 Sage 10G:

Still, these are already excellent results for a pre-release version. Great work, man!  :thumbsup_anim:

Hi @MaLd0n Can I try them too?

I’m currently working on a few other projects, so I haven’t been able to dedicate much time to these ones.

Here are the latest unfinished versions. Feedback would be appreciated.

I also added cards and a few other improvements.

@MICKHAEL

OT: I have an app that remove the quarantine attribute and (optionally) re-sign the bundle in a single step, as you have done with @MaLd0n 's app. It does nothing that can't be done from Terminal, difference is an user-friendly graphical interface.
