I ordered one BCM943602CS card and separately an adapter and when I finally got the adapter I tried to connect everything but the antenna wire connectors are not hooking up. The female connectors coming from the antenna wires appear to be too small or having exactly the same size as the male antenna slot in the wifi card. I tried connecting the wires without success. I had the same issue from a similar product. I had them send me new antennas which worked for me. I'm using the BCM943602CS wifi card as well from a MacBook and put it in a pcie card. My Bluetooth is recognized but after following the AppleBCMWLANCompanion guide step by step, I get stuck at “Couldn’t alloc class ‘AppleBCM…’”. The only way I can boot is to turn off this particular kext. I am injecting the following device properties, the path I got from Hackintool as the guide says. Im on Tahoe 26.2 (is it supported?) <key>DeviceProperties</key> <dict> <key>Add</key> <dict> <key>PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1C,0x7)/Pci(0x0,0x0)</key> <dict> <key>bcmc-firmware-path</key> <string>/usr/local/share/firmware/wifi/brcmfmac43602-pcie_7.35.177.61.bin</string> <key>bcmc-firmware-hash</key> <data>v0z8I+6VKj2C7zOg9fh4UyAcmPG+0DSHapEPNU83hi0=</data> </dict> </dict> <key>Delete</key> <dict/> </dict> And I have these boot-args: <key>boot-args</key> <string>-v keepsyms=1 debug=0x100 wlan.pcie.detectsabotage=0</string> If there is any help someone can provide it would be greatly appreciated. Modmike
I tried browsing the thread but am getting conflicting information. 1) Does this work with the BCM94360NG? From what I understand the BCM943602CS is just a different connector and 3X3 Mimo vs 4X4 MIMO on BCM94360NG 2) What doesn't work at this time? Continuity, airdrop, etc. I'm currently using the BCM94352Z in my M.2 NGFF slot but I have a BCM94360NG M.2 NGFF kicking around somewhere and would love to ditch OCLP. Can someone clear up is all iServices and continuity, airdrop, etc works with the BCM94360NG? I have one kicking around somewhere and would love to ditch OCLP. My friend, up to my knowledge, there is no contradicting information along this thread about continuity features with BCMC. BCMC simply does not support AWDL. If you want Airdrop, AirPlay and Screen Mirroring to work under Tahoe, go for OCLP 3.0.0 Nightly, OCLP 3.1.6 Nightly or OCLP-Mod 3.1.5. All the best, KGP 👍 Edited March 10 by KGP-iMacPro 4 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/361710-broadcom-fullmac-wi-fi-support-on-macos-sonoma-sequoia-and-tahoe-without-root-patches/page/16/#findComment-2848067 Share on other sites
jlrycm
@Austere.J I hope you are good. After I updated to macOS 26.5.2 today, my build refuses to load the desktop. I made various tests and the only way I can load macOS 26.5.2 is by disabling the AppleBCMWLANCompanion kext. Have you experienced similar issues at your end? For me, the kext was not causing any issues since I enabled it. It seems like something changed with this update. I can try to find logs that I can share with you. I attached some logs for your review. The txt file is a panic file (changed its file extension to .panic) WiFi.zip Kernel-2026-06-29-211021.txt Edited 30 minutes ago by jlrycm Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/361710-broadcom-fullmac-wi-fi-support-on-macos-sonoma-sequoia-and-tahoe-without-root-patches/page/16/#findComment-2851493 Share on other sites
