ok I was just experimenting with installed Tahoe beta 3 and removed  WEG KEXT and boot argument from config .piist.

did a nv reset. and it booted up a treat

I was very surprised

I just did a fresh install. without WEG.the install went well. but I think for me it was a bit smoother useing WEG  Kext in the EFI Folder

@BALDY_MAN @surenmunoo as far as I know RX 6800/6900XT never required WEG NootRX or the Boot args, I've been using it on Monterey and newer versions of macOS without anything except device properties. I'm using MacPro7,1 SMBIOS and I don't have iGPU enabled (12900K CPU's iGPU isn't supported in macOS)

Device Properties:

I've been also able to boot Tahoe's installer without any issues from first beta.

Nice. Thanks mate. I am gonna give this a try

would the same adjustment work for the rx 6600 if we had the ATY Parent name?

ie.

it works on my rx6600 GPU build

Tested for a USB STICK

Added to  system

Added geek bench scores
