Thank you @laobamac_yyds for the wonderful Christmas gift.

@laobamac_yyds big thanks for releasing 3.1 🫶

Unfortunately my laptop still won’t boot without amfi=0x80 (AmfiPass enabled of course). Did I miss something?

Edit: with -lilubetaall -amfipassbeta (thanks @KGP-iMacPro) enabled it's working 😊

@laobamac_yyds 3.0.1 English changelog for those who have not translated it.

Major Update 👑👑👑👑

Update Log:

Added support for installing Broadcom/Intel wireless network adapter patches on macOS Tahoe. AMFI does not need to be disabled; simply load AMFIPass.kext normally!

Everything works with AMFIPass.kext by adding boot-arg -amfipassbeta instead of amfi=0x80! Congratulations @laobamac_yyds, my friend! :thumbsup_anim:

Mery Christmas to everybody! 💫

Edit: Also the experimental fork of OCLP 3.0.0 Nightly will implement the Modern Wi-Fi patches signed by Dortania and work with AMFIPass.kext and boot-arg "amfipassbeta" instead of "amfi=0x80". Advantage: the entire GUI is in English. lzhoang2801 is currently updating his fork and after testing, I will update the respective guidelines. 😉

I have noticed that when my laptop wakes from sleep, the WiFi has difficulty connecting to the network. Unless I open my WiFi settings, it doesn't connect.  Somehow, opening the settings makes it connect. Weird.

Have you tried 'Forget This Network'?

Hi Milluco. Happy xmas to you. Am I right in thinking that you have the Fenvi T-919 working in Tahoe with this new OCMOD update vrs 3.1.1. Also do you have an English version of the OCMOD?

Edited by johnnyl

@KGP-iMacPro Tried to get WiFi as well as Audio working on Tahoe but so far to no avail.

Have been testing with OCLP 3.1.1 of which the screen text is in Chinese, which I am not familiar with.

Using  all combinations of "relative" selections available on the OCLP 3.1.1 screens but none get me any closer to the patches actually working.

@Pc Bacabal claims to have gotten it working with -lilubetaall as a boot arg.

Where you @KGP-iMacPro as well as others claim that amfipassbeta or -amfipassbeta does the trick, just wandering which it should be.

Tried them all but no success yet.

The config.plist I am using is the same as the one I use for Sequoia and OCLP 2.4.1 which works for Sequoia. For Tahoe I use that same config.plist but without the MaxKernel 24.99.99 restrictions in place and of cause with the added boot args,  -lilubetaall, amfipassbeta or alternatively -amfipassbeta, in place successively or in combination.

I have now exhausted and documented all combinations of tweaks and twitches presently known to me and would appreciate if somebody could advise me what, if anything I may possible have overlooked.

Greeting Henties.

@Henties, for OCLP-Mod 3.1.0 I only removed the boot-arg "amfi=0x80", enabled AMFIPass.kext 1.4.1 and added boot-arg "-amfipassbeta". Everything else remains exactly as implemented in my EFI-Folder distribution.

The experimental fork of OCLP 3.0.0 Nightly is currently under construction. I am in close contact with lzhoang2801. Please do not re-download the code for now, as the newly implemented patches are not working yet.

 I will be away from home for the next 24 hours and will not have access to my system. My work will continue after this short break.

@johnnyl

Yes, I've tried with success. Only as a test. On Tahoe I use a wifi Intel AX210 without OCLP and I reverted the patch. But it worked.

EDIT: no, I did it with the Chinese version.

I Used OCLP-Mod 3.1.1 I only removed the boot-arg "amfi=0x80" and reverted patch, enabled AMFIPass.kext 1.4.1 and added boot-arg -lilubetal.

Thanks for your reply but I'm a bit confused with your answer. Just to clarify, the Fenvi is now working in Tahoe using the OCMOD 3.1.1 to patch the wifi etc? You tested this for Tahoe?

Hi just seen your instructions. When you say you reverted the patch. Did you then redo it after to patch your wifi etc? I'm in the same boat where I have  OCMOD 3..1.1 installed but the patch selection is greyed out. So Im thinking maybe I have to first revert the existing patch and add the boot arg -lilubetal for the patch selection to be available.
