Smooth upgrade to Sequoia 15.2 (release) on my HackMIni8,1 (booting with OC 1.0.3).  A couple of observations below.

Disabling BluetoolFixup.kext

When performing OTA incremental upgrades, I boot with a USB stick with BluetoolFixup.kext disabled.  After booting, I eject the USB stick.  During subsequent reboots during the upgrade, my hack boots with BluetoolFixup.kext enabled.  The OTA incremental upgrade only needs BluetoolFixup.kext disabled to download and process the incremental upgrade.

New Ethernet issue (Intel i219LM / IntelMausi.kext 1.0.8)

A new behavior of the 15.2 Release is that after a fresh boot of Sequoia 15.2 Release, I had no Ethernet connectivity for Safari until I toggled Ethernet with the attached script. In prior Sequoia builds, I have only observed Ethernet issues with MS Remote Desktop and VNC Viewer connections to remote platforms. I have not tested this enough to know if the behavior is intermittent or consistent.

EDIT: The Ethernet issue with Safari has not returned, so I call it an intermittent problem.  The Ethernet problem with MS Remote Desktop and VNC Viewer remains and is resolved with the attached toggleEth script.

Smooth upgrade to Sequoia 15.2 (release) on my old Ivybridge (OCLP 2.2) 😊

ioregistryexplorer is my best friend 😂 On this machine, I actually use SMBIOS MacPro6,1 late 2013. But others board-id (tested)
are working:  MacPro7,1 and iMacPro1,1. Thanks to Santa 😇

mathieu@Mac-Pro-de-mathieu ~ % ioreg -l | grep -i board-id
    | "board-id" = <"Mac-F60DEB81FF30ACF6">
    | "IOPropertyMatch" = ({"board-id"="Mac-F60DEB81FF30ACF6"},{"board-id"="Mac-7BA5B2D9E42DDD94"},{"board-id"="Mac-27AD2F918AE68F61"})

Anybody else having issues with Broadcom Bluetooth in Sequoia?

Bluetooth can find devices but not connect to them. I have an Apple Magic Mouse which works fine in Sonoma but not in Sequoia. I've applied root patches for the iGPU and Modern Wi-Fi. The model is a Broadcom BCM4352.

Here are the kexts I am using with the card:

I also added these NVRAM parameters. Otherwise BT is not available:

After resetting NVRAM, Bluetooth is working again!

I lost Intel Bluetooth after upgrading from 15.1.1 to 15.2. I turn it on but isn’t detecting any devices. Anyone else that experienced the same issue? If yes, what’s the culprit now?

Same here. Check my previous post for details

@cankiulascmnfye I clicked on the link but it’s not taking me to the post. Or are you referring to the Broadcom Bluetooth you reported four hours ago?

I had a DW1820a and it worked by enabling BlueToolFixup + BrcmFirmwareData + BrcmPatchRAM3.kext

That's really weird because BluetoolFixup contains the Firmware Data now, so BrcmFirmwarData is not required since Monterey (Darwin Kernel 21) and BrcmPatchRAM3 is for Catalina to BigSur.
