Happened to me as well, thankfully the password reset worked today.

I cannot login nor reset my password.

 

But @Allan sent me a new password and now I can log back in. Many thx 👍

 

Others having this issue can use the contact email address instead of setting a new User account just to report this Login problem.

Again, anyone having a problem logging in, do not create a new account to post here that you cannot login.

Instead, send an email to contact@insanelymac.com  stating your Username and email address so that Allan can solve your problem.
