no problem here...

bootargs : none

smbios : macpro7,1

display : hdmi + dp + dp

Can you sleep and resume from sleep without any issues from the AMD Radeon driver? How have you configured your GPU, DSDT or device properties, whatevergreen etc? Have you defined Powerplay tables?

Thanks :)

I have 2 cards, RX 6600 and RX 6600 XT. Both of them work fine in Monterey and Ventura. No black screen, no kp, sleep and wake is ok.

Settings:

  • WhateverGreen + agpmod=pikera when using iMac19,1 SMBIOS on macOS 12 and 13 or iMacPro1,1 or MacPro7,1 SMBIOS on macOS 12.
  • WhateverGreen + agpmod=pikera + Henbury patch when using iMacPro1,1 or MacPro7,1 SMBIOS on macOS 13 (black screen without the patch (patch not needed if using iMac19,1).
  • DP and HDMI ports work fine (usually using DP).

EFI'niz bana RX560 ile ilgili olarak iyi görünüyor.

Bunun dışında config.plist'te kexts klasöründen daha fazla kext'iniz var ama EFI klasörünü küçültmek isteyip istemediğinizi bilmiyorum.

You are right

I had to delete the kext because I have 10mb upload space

if you check my config file

verbose modunda -v won't open, there is -v in the config but?😲

hangs on apple and crashes to black screen

@ruslan61

There is another option. Misc >> Boot >> PollAppleHotKeys. Set it to True and try Command + V keys at startup. Command + V is intended to be Apple verbose mode boot.

Press Command + V at the picker with the selector arrow below the macOS disk and press Enter afterwards.

Sorry for delay ...

In my z390 rig with RX6600XT...

Yes, sleep and wake is perfect.

Never configure anything (GPU)

Nothing at all, no ssdt no dsdt no device prop specified and no whatevergreen... And no, never defined the powerplay...

here my config...

config.plist.zip

(the ssdt is a pmc+usbx-ec+mchc merged)

Yes, just create your own CPUFriendDataProvider.kext. But I can upload the file If you want.

My MBP Early 2015 need the OpenCore and OCLP 0.5.0 to work with Ventura 13.0 Beta 6. Until Monterey 12.5.1 I used without Bootloaders...

in my case the RX6600XT works using only AGPMInjector.kext, with smbios Mac Pro 7.1, both monterrey and ventura, no injector or pikera, sleeps fine, and works metal 3, Apple TV netflix.. etc.

but is a z490 platform...

Excellent! Not asking how to get OCLP 0.5 beta, as it’s OT. But saying I’am waiting for the official version, I have a late 2015 iMac not able to update to Ventura. It’s iMac17,1 included in the list of Macs supported by OCLP 0.5 as the last iMac model. What a big work by the OCLP team!

Hi, how did you got working your HD 4600?
I am trying to do that, but works partially, not completely, it recognizes me the HD 4600, but graphics acceleration isn´t working, transparences also not working, but only the menu bar, the rest of all nothing.

I discovered a curious thing, if I do a screenshot, the screenshot shows that there is transparency, but in reallity it isn´t true, I attach some images from my phone, showing the difference between both.

Thanks in advance.

Cheers.
