I try to update 12.0.1 to 12.1 black screen &  system restart install via MacHD

I can't boot 12.1 please look my configconfig.plist

I'm also having the same problem, 12.01 to 12.1, opencore Haswell

Hi guys, just want to check if anybody with 12.1 can tether internet via bluetooth. I have working bt stack on my 12.1 running on LG Gram 17. I can connect mouse, keyboard and headphones, however bt pan device in network settings is not available when the phone is connected.

Thanks. I saw this thread and saw this message, however all of them relate to previous versions of Monterey. I upgraded my 11.6 with working bt pan to 12.1 with the latest 12.6.1 bluetoolfixup.kext and don't have bt pan. That's why I'm asking if anybody with 12.1 succeeded in bt tethering

This is a very good question for apple why they did that in all the latest version of Monterey you are not able to get this BT Thing

Does that mean, it is not only my problem, none can use bt in monterey 12.1+ for internet tethering?

The feature seems to have been removed. I guess there are not too many users interested

That's strange, as if power consumption is concerned, bt is less hungry than wifi

BlueTooth is also usually much slower than WiFi in connection/transfer speeds.

Maybe that is a part of the reason.

I'm running macOS 12.2 beta but my personal hotspot on my iPhone doesn't work with either BT or wifi -- only USB.
