The specs are: CPU: I5-7400 GPU: Intel HD 630 RAM: DDRAM4 - 8GB SSD: 120 GB HDD: 1TB WIFI: AR9565 with bluetooth usd port disabled Bluetooth: CSR 4.0 Dongle Thanks. Therefore you can't get proper support, besides you write hardware details in your signature.
