Hi to all,

I have the lastest release of clover and Mojave 10.14 installed on a hard drive SATA and it works perfectly but there was a weird thing who appeared after some changes, no more boot volumes at all in clover boot screen. I checked if they were configured properly in clover configurator (/GUI) and tried auto and manual option and in both cases, no volumes in clover.

the only thing i made was to change my smbios conf from imac 15.2 to macbook air 5.2 because it solved some other issues i had, like jpg picture not displayed, no pci displayed in system informations.

It seems clover doesn't detect anything as it scans entries before to launch clover screen.
Maybe my clover configuration does'nt handle properly my sata configuration because of macbook air native build ?

I re-installed clover in legacy boot mode but it seems it's still running in UEFI mode...
(my MB is award bios and works better in legacy boot) Maybe i made a wrong thing, so i wanted to erase the FAT32 EFI partition
to re-do a clean install of clover in legacy boot mode, but i can't find a way to do it until now.
What do you think about ?
Could you help me please ?

Here is my clover folder in EFI partition

Hello!

Your real problem is not uefi or legacy boot, it is your not officially  supported Sandybridge cpu. SMB of  mobile devices are not really working well with desktop cpu. Uefi boot should be working very well with your motherboard. Your config.plist is a real messup. i am in doubt, that your system without PM (nullcpu....kext in kexts/other) has been working very well.

I would try to install HS 13.6 with working settings (PM and GFX) with your hardware supporting SMB of an iMac, install Clover Uefi on hdd. . Then fake other SMB of by Mojave supported iMac on Clover USB bootstick and get it at first working with 13.6 (PM, GFX, USB....) Lilu and WEG could help you to do this.

Have fun.

Thank you for your help !

I will put first ApfsDriverLoader-64.efi  in drivers64UEFI folder (Not sure why it isn't).

FYI, i aleady using WEG and Lilu in /libraty/Extensions folder

Then, as you said styrian, i will try to change SMB for an iMac, without loosing jpg pictures dispaying in Mojave. I tested before imac 14.2 and 15.2 but had some issues. please see my previous post in french section

Hello!

As I have written before, install 13.6 (last fully OS X version, which is supporting your hardware) with suiteable SMB of IMac 12.... If you are able to get it fully working with PM, AGPM, USB2/3 etc..., then you can try to fake a newer SBM of Imac with AMD gfx and make it fully working on 13.6. Then you should be perhaps good to go to try Mojave successfully  with your device.

Have fun.
