The download that says it's about 5gb just downloads a small app to start the install. It doesn't appear to give an option of downloading the full installer so I can build an installer on a USB stick in the normal way. Any ideas? I tried with Sierra 12.4 and had the same issue, then I updated to 12.6 and did another security update and then the full 6.2GB file downloaded. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
