You can try New AppleHDA Patcher. And choose what the method is the best for you.

You situation is very similar than @MARZILLO's problem: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/311682-headphones/

The same audio codec and files....

Use this: config.plist.zip

And aDummyHDA: aDummyHDA.kext.zip

But for works replace your patched AppleHDA for an original one (without any patches).

Use this DSDT if necessary (maybe will): DSDT.aml.zip

And please, don't forget to repair the disk permissions and rebuild the cache.  ;)

This happens because you are using a patched AppleHDA + aDummy HDA.

And i still use OS X Mavericks, so i can't send a original one for you.  :(

If you have the OS X 10.11.4.pkg file, you can extract using Pacifist.app, and select which kext that you want.  :)

About DSDT, you use it for what?

The dsdt and SSDT it was created by the tool

if you want to try not tell me
for the moment I can not have audio

Let's try a new method. The AppleALC.

Remove aDummyHDA + patched AppleHDA, use just the original one.

Also remove your DSDT.

Use this config.plist: config.plist.zip

And download/install AppleALC in Clover/kexts

After that, repair your disk permissions and rebuild the cache.

Shut down your Hack, and wait 2/3 mins, and turn on.

The HDMI audio is not controlled via OS X, is via your TV.

I've note that in your Audio Prefs, the language are in Greek, do you really install a vanilla AppleHDA? Don't have downloaded using another website?

Run this command:

codesign --verify --no-strict /System/Library/Extensions/AppleHDA.kext/

if the command answers with signature errors - reinstall the kext

.....

The kext is now affixed and in the Italian language, the problem is always the HDMI output has no audio, not center your TV, worked before, if you look at the picture of the screen that I had posted before there was the HDMI port on the information this mac "Audio" is gone now

Thank you
