Hey Guys Im not sure if Im in the right place.  I am using ##### to install yosemite.  I did first part of install where I formated the HD but when iI try to boot from usb the second time to finish install i just get a quick flash of the apple logo and then a reboot.  Ive tried numerous boot flags with no success.  Any help would be great! Thanks.

I am installing on an HP Pheonix 810-135qe with Haswell chip Rev. 06 Bios =AMI 80.21 Motherboard = HP Model = 2AF3 Graphics Card = Nvidia GeForce GT 640

if you use that to install yosemite, brace yourself because a flame war is inbound (no one likes t-mac here).

...but it's your first post,so what the heck. the bootloader can't be in the same place/partition as the operating system and can't boot systems installed the other way around,i.e. a legacy chameleon boot manager can't boot a clover install of OS X. just use the clover install/myhack install (myhack preferably).

Sorry guys. I had no idea ##### was specific to him.

Thanks for going easy on me

So I can format my usb an install the proper install software on it from AIO?

Ok so I used the guide in AIO for Yosemite install with clover with UEFI. I finished all the steps when it asked me to choose Internet connection type I had to pick this computer has no internet. If I picked something else it went back to welcome install screen again. I did a reboot but it gave an error about disk error on sata3 which is my Yosemite install. I am running windows 7 on a separate hard drive. Is there something else I need to install to dual boot? Thanks guys

One, in case you miss confirgurate some thing such HFSPlus.efi, or a boot flage.

Second, after it created a recovery partition, you need go back the install again.

As for the HFSPlus.efi i didnt do anything to it.

when does it create a recovery partion.  Do you mean on the USB drive?

Recovery will be on hidden 650 mb partition od the install drive. Sometimes on my install it create recovery, sometimes it doesn't.

HFSPlus.efi mean to replace VBoxHfs-64.efi on /EFI/CLOVER/driver64UEFI/

Hey thanks much for taking the time to help me out.  I replaced the VBox file but still have the reboot issue.  I dont see an option to type boot flags either
