I have i7-930 and i5-4430 haswell, both went 99% cpu usage. Becuase I am looking for Haswell-E. To MacUser2525, now I understand why both cpu alway got almost 100% althougth system is not sluggish. No it does not mess the system up when doing it, I have gone hours sometimes days at a time encoding to h.264 the machine is always quick and responsive.
