This is a problem related with your graphics card  and is not really a problem... To get fullscreen on boot you gonna need patch your graphics card and change the vesa mode resolution... To be honest, its better use a black boot theme, like this http://girlintroverted.wordpress.com/clover-themes/  Patch your card is not that easy and can be very dangerous if you don't do right.

how i can patch my card? kvonlinee this is a bios problem

changing the vesa mode resolution doesn't even fix the black border thing, it's kind of a separate issue. Mine displays at the native resolution but still has black borders. I remember reading a while back that someone did in fact fix the black border issue by changing something in the BIOS in NiBiTor and patching it. I don't remember anything else about it except that it was an Nvidia card.

BTW - you don't have to actually flash the vbios, both Chameleon and Clover give you the option of loading a custom vbios ROM.
