Hey there,

I'm trying to install Mountain Lion on my Acer laptop with the following specs:

Intel Core i5 3210M (Ivy Bridge)  2.5GHz, 2.8GHz, 3.1GHz
Memory: 8GB DDR3
SSD: Samsung 830 120gb
Intern GPU: Intel HD Graphics 4000 (128MB)
Dedicated GPU: nVidia GeForce GT 630M (2GB)

But when I'm trying to boot with -v, I'm getting stuck on this (see attachments.)

hi

try to remove some nvidia kexts (NVDAResman.kext, NVDAGF100Hal.kext, I think) and reboot again.  ;)

an example here: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/281737-osx-108-hd3000gt-540m-issue-toshiba-p750/?p=1843780

Hey, thanks for your reply.

I go ahead saying that I don't have an Apple computer so I'm wondering how I'm going to do that. I kinda found a DSDT.aml file over here: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/286507-acer-aspire-v3-571g-dsdtaml/ so all I need to do is to patch it somehow with a Windows computer.

Any idea how?
