loismustdie555
I installed OS X 10.9 on my rig:ASUS Z77-v LE Plus MOBO i7-3770 Nvidia GTX 780 2 1TB HDD's (One with Windows and the other with OS X) 1 2TB HDD (For backup stuff) 3 ASUS OEM DVD drives And Everything works except for sound. I've installed VoodooHDA, and Realtek892, and I have no sound through any ports. It shows most of my audio ports (Not sure what I have tbh) but I've tried combos of every port and every setting for each one just to be sure. And still no sound. I'm somewhat of a noob. And any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Gringo Vermelho
Actually it's P8Z77-V LE Plus. That board has Realtek ALC 889 sound, not 892. Start reading here, not sure what's required for this to work on Mavericks, it might just work.

Gringo Vermelho
No problem. Knowing what hardware you actually have is kind of important.
