mnfesq
I have the HP Envy17t-3200 CTO. ML runs great on my laptop. I see NO problem with your set up (except maybe your wifi card - not certain about that.) See my installation guide: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/286287-guide-ml-on-hp-envy-17-3200-cto/ Here's another you might want to look at: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/283226-hp-envy-sleekbook-4t-mountain-lion-108-installation-guide/ Bon chance. heyadrien
I installed OSX with success but directly after the end of the insallation after reboot, it stuck there : https://www.dropbox.com/s/p5jvy120on9t6vq/Photo%2025-08-13%2018%2057%2016.jpg

Graphics, Sound, and USB are failing to start. SMC is also complaining about something. I'd recommend you try starting the system in safe mode (-f -x) then if it boots we can start addressing the issues one by one. Try that and tell me how it goes. PS. As soon as you boot, extract and upload your DSDT.
heyadrien
When I boot with -v -f -x I get that : https://www.dropbox.com/s/kvtrprxoubvtlb9/Photo%2025-08-13%2019%2009%2037.jpg So I can't boot the system. How extract the DSDT if I can't boot on the hdd ?
Dr. Hurt
You forgot the cpus=1 flag. You must use it every time till you patch the kernel after booting.
heyadrien
Oh yes, when I add cpus=1 I get : https://www.dropbox.com/s/oey1oqnpcl6x2qy/Photo%2025-08-13%2019%2019%2048.jpg
Dr. Hurt
hmmm, the USB driver is not working as it should. Try adding the XHCI kext I linked before on the USB drive (/Extra/Extensions) and boot using cpus=1 -f -x -v

Dr. Hurt
Try unplugging the USB drive right after the kexts are loaded (as soon as the text during startup starts scrolling).

Dr. Hurt
Here's the DSDT I patched for you. Hopefully this'll at least allow booting the system. Place it in the /Extra folder in the USB drive you're using to boot. DSDT.aml.zip
