When you installed Chameleon did you apply any patches? i.e..ACPI patch or any speed steeper patches? Because you shouldn't use any if you did. P-states on Haswell will look much like yours. Mine for example are 8,35,36,37,38,39. Not an issue(at least for now).. E.g. opening the case and looking at specific components? Or maybe other software? Another bootloader? Thank you.
