let's put it this way: NO, not on the software side. BUT... you can calibrate your purpose built computer (or carefully chose a laptop) so that most of the stuff works out of the box or with little effort!

so the soft won't be perfect, but you can fit hardware that works almost perfectly with it.

Mine works 99.9%. The only things still pissing me off are no system sleep and a horrible resolution of 800x600 for the login screen. Otherwise its my imac g5 abeit faster and a larger tower.

I installed Mac OS X and i had some problems like no internet and no sound. I saw all the questions and problems on the forum and i was wondering... There will be a ''Perfect'' Hacked Mac OS X?????

Go do a search on Apple.com, then go do some soul-searching.

The reason OS X works perfectly on Macs is because Apple controls exactly what hardware is used, so they can fine tune the software for the specific hardware configurations. This is one of Windows' major downfalls. My roommate recently installed XP Pro on his eMachines laptop and spent literally hours scouring the internet to find the right graphics drivers so that he was able to even scroll in Firefox.

So when you're putting OS X on a PC, there's a limit to the number of drivers and patches that can be included with the installer because those that compile the install just can't include drivers for every possible hardware configuration, although they've managed to include some for the most popular devices.

As it's been mentioned before; you can't get OS X to work on everything, the best bet is to first find out what works best. That's what I did when I pieced together my computer. I looked through the wiki and forums to find out what hardware is best supported: I got a motherboard with onboard GMA950 graphics so Quartz Extreme and Core Image are supported natively. I got the ICH6 Southbridge so SATA works great. Audio in and out both worked, LAN was flawless, etc.
