XLR
Hold F8 while booting from Chameleon and select your Win7 partition, it should boot from Win7. If your Win7 partition is damaged, boot from Win7 installation DVD and repair your partition.

XLR
Do you want to install Win in addition to OSX, or instead of OSX? Are you installing on the same hard drive or 2 different ones?

Neflem
If you did not leave space for your Win setup when you partitioned the drive during the OS X install, then you'll have to get a disk partitioning utility and free up some space. If you hit the space bar during boot and then use the cursor keys, Chameleon will see the drives/partitions.
